The hotel had excellent facilities with a large room that was clean and spacious. The swimming pool was well maintained and we used it frequently. The location was great as it was close to the old town, restaurants, and the bus terminal. Breakfast was lovely, with a variety of fresh fruits, cakes and coffee. The staff were friendly and cute, always willing to help with any requests we had.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

The breakfast was amazing. There were plenty of options to choose from and everything tasted delicious. the staff was very accommodating and provided excellent service. the location was also perfect, as it was within walking distance to many restaurants and shops.
The rooms were a bit outdated and could use some renovation. They were clean, but lacked some modern amenities.

The staff were accommodating, friendly, and helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had high ceilings. The pool was clean and a great feature. The location was excellent, within walking distance of the historic district and with parking provided. The breakfast was typical Brazilian and the monkeys in the morning were cute.

Celebrating New Year's Eve at this hotel was amazing. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with an array of delicious options. , the hotel's location was perfect. It was really close to the city center and to public transportation that could take us to other places in the region. we enjoyed the beautiful and comfortable rooms, which were fully equipped.
The only thing that could be improved was the cleanliness of the pool. However, it didn't really detract from our overall great experience at the hotel.

The hotel is located in a convenient location, being away from the old town but still close enough to get to it by walking. Restaurants in the region are easily accessible, making food options endless. the staff was efficient and helpful, and the common areas were well-maintained. Rooms were spacious, well cleaned and had air conditioning. Breakfast was ample, with a wide selection of food. the swimming pool was refreshing and well-maintained.
Some guests felt that the value for money was not great.
